So I was scouring the Overwatch forums and one topic that caught my eye was the fact that the game's servers run at a measly 20 tick. Players have been desperately asking Blizzard to try out 60 tick in competitive to make the game feel more like an e-sports game. The game's head honcho, Jeff Kaplan, had this to say on the topic:

We've been making continuous improvements to our high bandwith option in Custom Game. We really appreciate those who have been using the feature and providing us with feedback and issue reports.

The most recent thing we're working on is an issue that was affecting players in Korea and South America who were using the feature. Fixing these issues is the next step to seeing if we can expand on the feature and bring it to more of the service.

If you're really passionate about this topic, you can help us by playing Custom Games with the high bandwith feature enabled and providing us with feedback.

Thanks!

So, I come asking any clan member that has Overwatch to test a custom match with the 60 tick option with me. Some have stated that by doing this, it'll make the game more unstable. So, I wanna see if those theories are true or not. Will Overwatch become more unstable with 60 ticks or would it feel just right? If you want to help me test this, then let us discuss what day and time to try this out.

Just to be clear:

The game itself wouldn't be unstable on 60 tick servers as a general rule. The game is unstable on 60 tick servers because they haven't properly figured out all the bugs yet.
Imagine it similar to going from 64 tick to 128 tick in csgo and most people need to change their rates. If they didn't change their rates, it would play like a shitty server.
