What the fuck even is this? If it was fire, it would've spread further. If it was a creeper, it would've been circular and broken more than just wood, it's too big for enderman grief. This is why I've been so fucking asocial when it comes to my house. It's an easy enough fix, but the fact that I have to deal with this in the first place is fucking bullshit.

Serial, can we please get an anti-grief plugin? That way we can tell who is doing bs like this.

I still think this was something weird with fire. It isn't too uncommon for a fire to start in an area and once unloaded, go out.

Also, the way the game deals with fire isn't always straight forward. Fire will not necessarily spread circularly but more randomly every game tick.

https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/coreprotect.8631/ This is the system that we use over at Open Redstone Engineers and its really good at detecting shite, performing lookups to see who has done what to a chest or block, and performing a rollback to undo such damage.

This was a 7x7 area of birch wood and it stopped like that after I left and got back into the game.

I do have my trash can right behind that area. I've had it there for weeks though, and never had an issue with it before this. I took the lava out just in case that is what is causing it.
