I've heard mentioned a few times on SPUF and Reddit that people are occasionally interested in having a competitive server where it's pistols only. I was thinking of making one where the start money is 800 like normal, but the maxmoney is like 1800 or something so you can never buy anything more than what you would do on an eco round. I was thinking making the server Best of 10, 5 rounds per half. What do you guys think of the idea? What are some things I could do to make it work properly? (One thing I'm struggling with is that I don't want people to be able to buy AK's, but I do want them to be able to buy armor, but if they buy armor they'll almost always be able to buy an ak instead.) |

I like this idea. I really am not sure about specifics. We might have to get on the server and play around with it some. I think it would be good though. |

2200 might be good since that would be the max money you have if you lose pistol round. |

I also need to figure out how much win and loss money you get, or else after the first round everybody will always have max money. Maybe setting it to only 800 for both would work? |

I love the idea I think 1800 is a good max so Ts can't get a galil. 800 for win and loss money is a good benchmark. We can always play around with the money statistics |

Should I change the max money so you can still buy an AK or m4 if you win a few in a row so you have to practice force buy strats? |

idk know if you could do this but it would be cool if the first 5 rounds were pistol and the rest were whatever you want |

I changed the max money to 2650, because once anybody got an AK it was over. I also reduced the round count to 14 because 20 eco rounds is a lot. |
