Well, my birthday is coming up and want to get a new mouse. As of now I have a shit $15 mouse since my old one broke. The mouse I had in mind was the zowie ec1 evo. If anyone has any recommendations for a better mouse, say em here. Another question I had was 500hz vs 1000hz. Thx guys, see u soon

As for polling rate, stability > speed so 500hz is usually the best. It all depends on the individual mouse though.

I use the zowie ec1 evo and I love it. Used to have a deathadder that I bought in '08. The ec1 evo feels the same in my hand, but I feel like I have more control over my crosshair in game. Just for reference if you buy it, I use it on 450 dpi (red) and have my csgo sensitivity at 2. This has been amazing for me.

yeah I still love my death adder, but you really gotta find a mouse that fits YOU. If you get a chance to go by a best buy or some place that has some of the gaming mice on display you should see what feels best in your hand. Then try one out, and if you don't like it return it and try another one. Remember best buy matches amazon....oh yeah staples does too now.

A good place to try out mouses is best buy but not for gaming mouses. If you wanted that in a huge selection you would have to the NCIX store in canada but for around where we live micro center is sufficient. Also you dont really need any sensors over 4000 dpi because no one uses that much especially in CSGO. But the thing is all the high end (good) sensors come with that much DPI as a selling point so what you really want to have is a good response and polling rate. Another thing to look for is optical over laser because it does have a better polling rate as well as a faster response time.

Bullshit, here's the conversation.

Jero: Whatever you say is wrong and I know more about this particular topic. Also, we didn't land on the moon.
