I stumbled across a website called
http://hackerbody.com/ This is fantastic. Everyday they give you a new, short workout, that does not require any weights. It was designed for the type of people who spend multiple hours in front of their computer, but want to get in and stay in shape. It also has integration with Spotify so you can use your own music.
I'm registering and trying it out today. I'm very impressed so far. Others should give it a try and post their experience with it as well.
NOTE: I don't care if you don't want to use it and why. If you don't want to use it, all the power to you.
