There was a small brush fire caused by fireworks this year...

Nope. My town does not do fireworks. The towns that do them have their fire engines stationed in areas where the burning ash is likely to fall and make the surface wet before hand. For the illegal fireworks, not many people do it in my town. There are like one or two but that is all.
