@mainly mutiny but everybodys opinion is fine:

Since the names don't really work very well to have everybody with a similar/same avatar, what if we just ditch the names? (also lightened up the clan name - absurd is too hard to see in 183x183)

I like both, but if the lighter grays show up better on smaller avatars we should use it so people can read it
