I think it's a little ridiculous. I'd have no problem buying my wife (FUTUREEE) some shitty apple technology every once in a while, but i'll be damned if i'm buying everybody in my family that poop. My kids can do chores to work up the money for it. NOTHINGS FREE IN THIS LIFE! MUWHAHAHAHAHA!

I disagree with paying kids to do chores. They're part of the family, and they need to be responsible for doing the things to keep the family running, like cleaning or feeding the pets. They should be doing it regardless of monetary incentive.

Of course, I would also provide them with an allowance, to teach them money management skills. If they want to save up their allowance and spend it on a shitty apple product, that is their choice.

I mean irregular chores. Basically, I'd be paying them to do my shit that I don't want to do. Like clean my car (JUST KIDDING NOBODY IS TOUCHING MY BABY), weed the lawn, things that are out of the ordinary. I don't agree with kids being paid to do chores either. I'm still undecided on my position with giving them an allowance.

yea id only give em allowance and reward em for good shit like grades or something

thats how my parents raised me and i didnt come out spoiled at all
