It's not like they can help all the lawsuits brought against them. It's the law that holds YouTube liable for the copyright infringement of the videos that sucks, not YouTube itself. |

yeah, I still think youtube is a sell out. They have advertisements all over the place, all over their videos now. They didn't need to do this, because they were already billionaires before all the advertisement. Also, at first they didn't care because they weren't hosted in America I don't think, so they basically said screw you guys I'll post what I want. Not anymore. Youtube is losing its appeal to me. |

Well, I agree with the advertising - it's pretty obnoxious. But I will stand by their take downs. They can't help the threat of being sued. I wouldn't want to play the legal fees to lose a takedown lawsuit either. |
