I got a new keyboard, i think it looks fancy. What better time to ask the AM peoples to show off their fancy things as well!

by default there is a insulated red solo cup full of whiskey in each picture.

Also i made the desk out of wood from ikea and legs from a school supply warehouse. Then did the staining and sealing.

It's a big picture because I forgot to sign into imgur before uploading so I can't edit it.

Nothing new for me:

The little elephant on Amaroq's desk makes me want to cut the base of the bobble head on my desk and put stickies on his feet and use THAT to stop my mouse cord from falling behind my desk :D

you could try taping it to the top of your desk, or one of those triangle paper clips.

I like it a lot. IVe never had a mechanical keyboard before. The keys feel like a rubber dome keyboard. They arent but they do feel slightly better then what i was use to.
The way the key are contoured is sooooooo nice.

EDIT: Another thing i just noticed, i like how it smells(new) like a medical office, with a slight hint of gasoline. Im sure it will go away onmce my greasy fingers touch it more.

I didnt get to put my hands on a razer chroma so i bought this one!

The software side of it needs more features.
The media keys light blue color is not changeable
The color spectrum is slightly limited. For instance the white is really off-white-blueish-greenish thats with RBG as 255-255-255....
The yellow isnt quite yellow.

But all around it is very nice. Im sure if you wait a couple months there will be a keyboard with true 16.8 million colors.

Im very happy with this one.

It's not much, but it's mine...

The three monitors are nice, but my desk is a mess.

I love my logitech set, but i find the sub too loud. I frequently turn it off, as it shakes my desk when i listen to electronic music :/

I love it but my roommates hate it. I have to turn it off too. It seems like there's no in between. Some movies have sounds that don't make sense without the sub on. But I don't always want the house to rattle.

I was trying the keyboard out at my local Best Buy and it felt amazing. How is the phone app thing?

Well, its a pretty simple program, i thought it would be more feature rich. It has profile switching for keyboard and mouse, dpi siwtching. It can act as ANOTHER set of media keys, as well as changing G-keys on the fly.

The only useful thing is it can monitor your pc health, and statistics. Ram usage, cpu usage core by core and gpu usage.

I find no use for my daily routine so i will likely uninstall the app.

It uses wifi to connect to computer then to your logitech app. There is no usb hub or "real" dock for your phone. It is a slide out all plastic dock with no data connection. I DO however like the dock it self to hold my phone up. :P

I have been reading the logitech forums, it seems like you can get more accurate colors for white or yellow. You just have tro adjust the sliders around until you get it, but what is in the program as resembling RED would infact be the pure white. 255 -100 -100

I will take a picture of my setup later. My back is hurting so I can't move around much, and I have too many illegal things on my desk lol.

This is where I'm stuck while I'm home for winter break. I'll have to post another pick when I'm back at school.
