I like how Canada's is Budweiser and the US's is Bud Light.

Well when you're talking about the most popular beers, it has to be something pretty bland so the greatest number of people will at least drink it on occasion. The most popular things are never very good, for just this reason.

Yeah, and also factor in cost of beer, amount you want to drink and the availability to the nation as a whole, and these garbage beers will always win.

Even so its shocking to me that Budweiser is the most popular here. I only know 1 person that prefers to drink that over others. Usually its Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Labatt Blue, or Keith's IPA as the general defaults.

Well remember northern was like "my wife is bringing her favorite beer, I don't know if you have it down there....budweiser" I was like YEAH we definitely have it.
