Well when you're talking about the most popular beers, it has to be something pretty bland so the greatest number of people will at least drink it on occasion. The most popular things are never very good, for just this reason.

Since plastic is made from petroleum and petroleum comes from dinosaurs, then that means plastic dinosaurs are made from real dinosaurs

Yeah, and also factor in cost of beer, amount you want to drink and the availability to the nation as a whole, and these garbage beers will always win.

Even so its shocking to me that Budweiser is the most popular here. I only know 1 person that prefers to drink that over others. Usually its Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Labatt Blue, or Keith's IPA as the general defaults.
