*You can use any marinade you want but i used a wild turkey marinade*
Marinade (makes enough for 6-7 pounds of meat)
Ingredients:
1 Carrot "sliced"
1 Onion "Sliced"
1 Garlic clove minced
4 Sprigs Italian Parsley
1 tb Black Peppercorns Cracked
1 Bay leaf
2 cups White Wine dry *i used vermouth*
1/2cup Vinegar
4 cup Water
1/4 cup Wild Turkey Bourbon
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl Mix Well.
Salmon
Ingredients:
1/2 lb per adult salmon eater
1/4 lb per children and non salmon eaters
Marinade bag or bowl
Instructions:
Let marinade for 30min - 1hour
preheat oven to 350
bake for 20-25 min (some pink)
