Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
*Pork Shoulder Roast
Tomatillos
Sorrono Chiles

Instructions:
Slow Cook the Pork Shoulder Roast until it starts to fall apart (crock pot is awesome)
Boil the Chilies and Tomatillos untill they get soft.
Remove the stems from the Chilies
Stick in blender and puree (salt and pepper to taste)
Shred the Pork Roast
Pour Chilie Verde over the Roast

goes great on tacos, tamales, and just by it self.

This sounds pretty good, and I was trying to think of a good crock pot recipe.
