Makes 6 Chicken's Ingredients: Bow Tie Pasta (Farfalle) 6 Chicken Breasts 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs 1 cup red onions 3 Cloves Chopped Garlic 1 can diced tomatoes (italian style) Dash of Wine 1/3 cup Sugar Colby Jack Cheese Instructions: Chicken Portion:: Pound chicken till its flat dip in egg Mix Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs Dip in the above mix Place in frying pan to brown the chicken Remove from pan place on cookie sheet with Colby jack cheese on top Bake 15min at 350 degrees Sauce Portion:: Put Garlic, Onion, and wine in a sauce pan cook till it starts to caramelize Add the can of tomatoes and the sugar to the sauce and bring to simmer Place Chicken over Bow Tie pasta and then pour a small amount of the sauce over it. (A little bit of sauce goes along way) It feeds 6 people for about 30bucks. If you make it you better invite me... i love that stuff. |
