My new computer is almost getting built (just waiting on the processor). Saved up all year to treat myself right on Christmas, and shopped around a ton for some awesome deals. :D Here are my parts:

Fan - Green LED 140mm fan
Processor - Intel 2700k Quad Core
CPU cooler - Arctic Cooling ACFZ13

Mouse - Razer Deathadder
Mousepad - Razer Goliathus

I'll post some pictures once it gets built.

How do you like the Goliathus? I have the Deathadder but I don't have a mouse pad. That was one of the ones I was looking at

I think it's really nice. It's so smooth to use.

I actually have that same mouse pad, but they must have changed it from the time I bought mine until Anubis got hers. Mine is completely smooth and plenty big. There was a bigger one but jesus christ I don't want to run across the room just to get to the other end of the mouse pad. Anubis's version has some texture to it I guess for better control and grip on the mouse. I personally like the smooth feel better but I haven't used hers yet to compare.

she also got an updated version of the razor deathadder mouse. Her mouse has 3600 dpi when mine only has 1800. Plus her cable to the mouse is braided and strengthened where mine isn't. Oh well, girlfriend always gets the better stuff I guess ;)

I know, he must have bought his right before a new generation came out or something.

lol I still love this mouse and think its the best I have ever used. I personally think razor has a leg up in gaming mice over most other companies. Their headsets and keyboards are the shit too.

I want to get a turtle beach headset lol. They're crazyyyy

I personally don't think they are as good as logitech or razor. I think they just charge more for their name. only difference is all of their headsets are high quality where the others have low end models.

I have a generic Dell mouse. FEAR ME.

There's nothing wrong with generic hardware! I have a generic Microsoft keyboard. There is absolutely nothing special about it.

That is kind of what I am saying though. I love my mouse.

I have never had anything but strictly standard products as far as mice and keyboards go.

If we start talking headsets, well, Ive never settled for less than the absolute nearly best.

I never had until my deathadder. I must say, it's pretty nice. I don't notice a HUGE improvement, but maybe that's just because I need to tweak my muscle memory a bit.

As for a gaming keyboard... I'm not really sure I would pay too much for a gaming keyboard. As long as there is no key ghosting, all you're really paying for is lights.

yeah, I personally noticed a good difference when I got my death adder. my twitch movements and snap shooting was just more accurate. I don't think my keyboard helped me too much except I finally got he spacing I like with my keys so I don't slip up anymore. Some people will argue otherwise but a good mouse can make all the difference in the world especially if you play shooters.

we will get some more with all the lights and everything running, then we will post some stress test results. I will have my pics up for my computer soon hopefully, probably when I re-seat my processor
