This is how productive I've been at school:

Motherboard
Processor
Memory
Headset
Mouse
Keyboard
Tower

Off to write a test that I haven't even glanced at my text book for. :)

Motherboard is overkill, unless you plan on doing MASSIVE overclocking, and running 3 video cards.

The CPU is kind of overpriced as its nowhere near the performance of a $200 Ivy Bridge processor. It also performs horribly for CS:GO.

The Memory is only made for massive overclocking, 2133 is way too fast, and most DRAM controllers don;t even support it. 2x16GB Kits will run you about $160.

CPU & Motherboard Combo

Memory x2

If you are worried about the colour scheme, a few red LED fans will saturate the inside of your case so much that it will negate the blue.

Now unless you're going to be doing some serious overclocking, I would highly advise NOT to get that motherboard and memory. As Jero stated, the Crosshair Formula series of motherboards are meant for serious gamers that want every single ghz out of their CPU and memory. The memory will NOT run at the stated speeds unless you overclock it so I'd advise to go with 1600 or 1333. Now with 1600, some motherboards will need you to OC the memory to reach 1600mhz but most motherboards coming out will read 1600mhz no problem. I see that you're wanting to do a black & red themed system but I highly advise to go with slower Ripjaws and a more mid-range motherboard. For the cpu, I really haven't done a lot of reading about the bulldozer CPUs except that AMD fans are rather disappointed in the power consumption and how hot they get due to that consumption. I'd tone it down a bit and go with a 6-core or a quad-core bulldozer because I don't see you using applications that are going to require all 8 cores.

Here's a nicely red, black, white themed motherboard by Biostar:

And here are some ripjaws for less than $100:
