After having my phone for about 5 days, I would like to do a very basic review on it. I'll do an in-depth review after about 2 weeks into the phone. So for now, I'll just list what my pros and cons are about the phone. Pros: - Big ass 720p 4.8 inch display - Fast dual-core Snapdragon SoC with 2gb (count them...2gb!) of RAM - Perfect feel in terms of size (I don't think I'd be able to handle a phone any bigger than this) - LTE!!! - Removable battery - Storage expansion option via microSD cards (up to 64gb in size!!!!) - Thin and light (thinner and lighter than my Galaxy S Captivate) - Nifty abilities (S-Voice, use front camera as sensor, etc.) - Poly-carbonate body for durability - XDA modding community is HUGE with this phone Cons: - Big ass display makes it harder to operate one-handed - LTE is a battery eater - Too many nifty abilities and most I'll probably never use - Poly-carbonate body is very VERY glossy thus becoming a fingerprint magnet and makes phone feel very slippery - Too much bloatware! (although this is typical for ANY phone nowadays) There are more things about the phone that I like/dislike but I'll be sure to list them in the more in-depth review. |
