Post subject:  Cheapest Possible TV and Gaming PC?

I'm looking to buy my mother and brother a very small PC to watch TV and play games on the TV. I'm looking for the cheapest possible computer that will play the most amount of games. Understanding that it won't be able to play high end games well, or at all.

What are some suggestions for the minimum the computer will need to run these games? I'm thinking being able to play CSGO on a low resolution and saints row 4 on low/medium settings.

Considering giving that PC my HD6850 and upgrading my PC. Suggestions?

Are you going to build it yourself or do you want one already made? It would probably be cheaper to do it yourself, but you could buy a prebuilt one that would do all that for around $500, probably. The problem with the prebuilt ones is they often come with large HDDs, which you won't need just for a few games and to stream TV, but they usually don't come with a dedicated graphics card. Something like this would probably suit you pretty well. Azn probably knows more about this, but games like Saints Row don't exactly have high hardware specs anyway, so it's possible newer integrated graphics would be fine anyway.

Build it myself.

What about something like this :

And then my HD6850 +what ever cheap case is like $20 or $30?

Would something like that cpu be sufficient for poor fps csgo?

Don't forget a hard drive. CSGO mainly relies on clock speed, and 3.5ghz is pretty good for GO.
