Absurd Minds

still looking to get the feel of this community.

currently, i actively play cs 1.6 and left 4 dead 2. bought steam's l4d2 4pack for a couple of friends of mine a month or so ago. it's interesting, seems like it'll be boring soon though. somewhat curious about valve's new CS, i'll probably end up buying it out of curiosity when it comes out.

so what games are popular in this community?

Here's what I play

Aside from CS and TF2, I really don't play many FPS games (aside from extremely casually). I prefer puzzler games, racing games, or chill indie games.

My library's full of FPS games but I do enjoy RPGs as well (Diablo, Torchlight, etc.) and RTS games (CnC, Starcraft 2, Company of Heroes.) You can find out what I usually play in the Game Reviews section.

I play all counter strike games except source. I have the beta for CS:GO and I will own it when it comes out. I play both l4d and l4d2 but mostly l4d2. I like games like fallout and bioshock as well. I really play all types of games like azn above me. I would say counter strike is my favorite though. The only non steam game I have is battlefield 3. I'll be getting diablo 3 eventually and probably the new max payne game. Like I said. I like most games.

I LOVE counter-strike. If counter-strike were not invented, I would never play computer games. Aside from CS, I play Skyrim, Need for Speed: Shift and Shift 2, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, I used to play Diablo 2 a bit, I like Portal (wish it was longer), I plan on buying Diablo 3 when my money gets right, and I also plan on buying CS:GO when it's released. I currently don't have the CS:GO beta

I typically play Rise of Immortals anymore. I've also been getting to some of my non-multiplayer games I've missed recently such as : final fantasy series, last remnant, L.A Noire, and more. I've also begun to fall for Minecraft which is stupid because I used to hate the game so much.

Whenever inspiration hits ill spend weeks at a time playing Cid Meyers' Series and Total War Series.

When I do reach the part of getting back to it, my love is Counter Strike Condition Zero, but most have given up on it leaving me to join them in 1.6 and TF2(and rarely the ladder).

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also own BF3 but I havnt installed it because of the fifteen programs you have to install with it, so whenever I think about it I get discouraged.
