I know some people here don't really care about the prevalence of sexism in gaming, but I also know a lot of you do, and this was a really good article.

tbh this is such a big conversation that I can't talk about it in a forum post. I'd have to write an article like that guy did. but I will say I like and agreed with the article.

Both are interesting reads. I don't really do things that show my gaming interests in public - but in case I do it definitely gives me some guidelines of what to watch out for!

Yeah, it's satire.

But I still think it's interesting to read because I feel it puts the issues forward in a way that people are more likely to understand it.

yeah the onion article i posted was a satirical piece making fun of people saying that women make up claims of sexual harassment to get attention.
