If you are interested in being a part of AM only during competition, competing on our team but not participating in our clan in any other way, then check this out:

We will allow you to compete on our team, but since you are not willing to be a contributing member of the clan/community, expectations will be slightly different.

First off, read the clan member expectations. You will be expected to uphold these expectations to as much as possible while you are competing in a match or during a practice.

Aside from the basic clan member expectations, there are a few differences that will only be applicable to competition members who are not also clan members:

1. While there are members of our clan who do not own or play every game we compete in, a competition member needs to be active in the game he competes in. I don't care if your steam id is STEAM_0:0:1 if you haven't logged more than a few hours in the game in two months. We can't have people on our team who have become rusty in the game through inactivity and who don't play enough at all, let alone with the team, to have sharp skills.

2. You should attend practice regularly. If, for some reason, you cannot make practice, you need to notify a clan member before practice. There are tons of ways to get into contact with a clan member, so you must be willing to communicate about practices.

3. Which brings me to the next point: READ THE FORUMS. This is going to be the main way of notifying members about practices and match times and scheduling things so that everybody can attend. It will be one way for you to notify us if you aren't able to attend practice, or if you have a good idea for a strat on a certain map. There is also information about how to use rcon on the practice servers for your convenience. If you don't care enough about the team to read the forums, then we don't care enough about having you on the team.

4. You cannot double team, no exceptions. Some clan members will double team in czero or 1.6, for example, but if you are only interested in being on our team, then our team needs your full devotion.

5. Understand that you are a competing member of the team, not a team leader. It's fine if you know good strats or good flashbangs or have a good idea for how to practice a certain concept. However, keep your opinions of how we run the team to yourself. You asked us to join our team - if you want to run a team your own way, start one of your own.

6. All else being equal, a clan member will be given priority in a match over a competition member.

7. Follow through in a match with what we have practiced. Match time is not an appropriate time to start going rogue or trying out a strat you kept to yourself during practice.
