I am no longer playing video games. I've been spending time doing productive things and i feel great. New girlfriend soon, hitting the gym every day, driving around so much, work, partying. Video games aren't even fun when I play them anymore. They're just easy and I get really bored and mad at how shitty people are. Extremely anti-social to me. I'd rather play cards with somebody who I can see. Just got a whole new insight on games and it feels like a waste when I play them now. There's so many other things that I could be doing like hanging out with friends or meeting girls. I can't sit on my computer anymore making strategies on how to get to a bomb site and plant the bomb. I'd much much rather go paintballing and experience it myself. Yea... I had fun talking to you all. I probably won't be coming on the forums any more. See ya, have a happy new year and blessings that all goes well. |

You do what you have to do man. For me, I just split my time. I'm a seperated father with 2 kids, and I devoted some time for them. For Christmas I give them a week, and for the summer we got our time too, I have some kind of schedule thing... . I just know for me personnaly, I need some gaming time to relieve some stress, since I can't go on the streets and shoot someone in the face for real... lolz. I have a family life, a social life with my fiancé, and our friends, and a gaming life wich is time for myself. Everyone has he's way of dealing with things, but I just know we all need some time for ourselves, from time to time, and everyone uses that time differently. Now I'm not saying devote 75% of your time to gaming. To me it depends on some days. My fiancé usually works from 3pm to 11pm (tuesday to Friday), and Sunday 11pm to 7am, so I can devote some time to gaming during those rainy days, depending on my shifts. I just know I don't devote it all to gaming, cause sometimes you have things to do, or you simply need to take a walk, or wathever. To me it's just about setting up your priorities, and no one deals with their spare time the same way. I just know I'm not like some who eat, sleep, and shit gaming if you know what I meen, cause I met a bunch of guys who basictly do their toilet duties in water bottles and all... now that's fucked up... . But I simply don't feel the need to go that far... urg... lolz. I'll stick to my schedule... Good luck to you man... . |

I just thought I would pop on here and tell everybody that I'm now dating this girl that I've been spending almost everyday with for the last 2 weeks and I feel so happy. I've been scared to date again since my ex girl friend of 1 1/2 years because I thought I could never be as happy as I was with her. I was wrong. This girl makes me so happy. Last night (New years eve), well it was technically already new years day because it was like 1:30 a.m. but w.e., everybody was socializing upstairs and I asked her to dance with me downstairs so we went to see who was down there and it was just 2 people grinding and making out on the dance floor so I decided to change the song and ignore them and I put on Smile - Uncle Kracker and me and her danced to that song and I couldn't stop smiling. I want to explode thats how happy I am with her. When we were dancing I was singing to her and she loved it. and when it said dance like a fool, i would step back and do a little squirm that looked funny and then when it said forget how to breathe i kissed her. Happy new year everybody. |

yeah its good to hear you had something good come out of this. if you ever decide you have time for more than what you have now we will still be here and you are welcome to hang out again. until then man, enjoy the life make the best of it. |
