I'm the same way. When I'm in a match and it's 1vANY, I like to talk a LOT or make noises/ad lib songs.

I find I do better if I'm not focused. If I'm clutching I'll sometimes song a song so I'm not as focused

Most sound cards/integrated ones with a motherboard only have 1 input and 1 output so unless you have built in speakers/usb (which most macs do and laptops) If you use an amp with your headset or mic you will definitely have enough audio ports for the speakers with music and headphones in game.
