Well first off,
It's hard to judge a player off of an ace because it's your best playing.
Second,
Out of that round you did everything great except for maybe looking at walls when turning corners.(as seen towards the end of the round)

I think he meant feedback on his video, not his playing.

Personally, I would have kept it as one long round, without those weird cut transitions. If anything, you could have just sped up the demo during those parts (demo timescale) instead of cutting.

What Amaroq said about the cutting and I'd say lower the music volume so we get more of the game

I always fast forward through the unimportant parts so that people don't think it's multiple demos of the same map

Yeah I think that gives important continuity to the video.

Thanks for all the input, I'm defiantly going to reupload it to fix some stuff. I don't know why the audio it was fine in production, and I'll also see what sped up portions of the video look compared to fast cuts. I'll hopefully reupload tonight.

Ok, I uploaded it again. I really like the fast-forwarding alot more than the cuts, but the audio is still very loud.

What program are you using for edits?

My mom is into graphic design so I have some good hook ups ;) I use Premier Pro 5.5 which is an awesome tool for quick videos like this and also complex ones.

I use Sony Vegas Pro 12.0 - you should give it a try. Editing videos like this is a snap.

When you say the sound is too loud, do you mean the music you added? Here is a link to how to lower the volume of each audio file. Googling premiere pro 5.5 tutorial and following the tutorials is a GREAT way to learn new skills that you can add to your videos when applicable. I used to do this for photoshop - a lot of tutorials seemed irrelevant to anything I'd ever do - and I ended up using a tonne of them and mixing different effects that I learned on the way.

I'll give it a try. Vegas Pro is complicated. I have to look up how to do ANYTHING that I want.

Ive never tried Vegas Pro but ive heard its great, but i think ill stick to Premier because its a bit simpler but with alot of options to make it more complicated if you want. The audio im just going to have to keep tweaking, I keep lowering it in premier but it doesn't sound the same after uploading to youtube.
