Being AFK/Griefing is much different than being less skilled than your teamates. Imagine if, just in our clan, we kicked people from MM who had low scores. That's unheard of and wouldn't be stood for. It's totally not fair. Sometimes people are good and get stuck at lower ranks, sometimes people who are less skilled get carried to higher ranks by constantly being matched with good people. You aren't giving them a chance to learn if you just keep kicking a bad teamate every time. It's not like you're playing for money, it's just a casual (albeit competitive) match.
You wouldn't start a game of pick-up football and tell somebody to leave for being shitty. That would just be rude. People kick baddies because it's just another excuse to bully on the internet when their actions have no direct consequences to themselves.
I hate when people kick bad people. I'd rather lose than kick somebody who doesn't understand what they're doing wrong.

Honey Badgers have very tough skin. The skin is very thick and rubbery, which is almost impervious to arrow and spears. Even a blow from machete can't scratch the skin. The skin protects them from bites.
