I think can be bad considering how many people grief and go Afk in MM |

I personally think you would have to be abusing the system for it to be an issue. I can count on one hand the number of people I've voted to kick from mm. Even fewer have even been kicked. |

Being AFK/Griefing is much different than being less skilled than your teamates. Imagine if, just in our clan, we kicked people from MM who had low scores. That's unheard of and wouldn't be stood for. It's totally not fair. Sometimes people are good and get stuck at lower ranks, sometimes people who are less skilled get carried to higher ranks by constantly being matched with good people. You aren't giving them a chance to learn if you just keep kicking a bad teamate every time. It's not like you're playing for money, it's just a casual (albeit competitive) match. You wouldn't start a game of pick-up football and tell somebody to leave for being shitty. That would just be rude. People kick baddies because it's just another excuse to bully on the internet when their actions have no direct consequences to themselves. I hate when people kick bad people. I'd rather lose than kick somebody who doesn't understand what they're doing wrong. |

I never kick less skilled people but I often get greifers and afks time after time |
