Open Photoshop and resize it while maintaining ratios. If your don't have Photoshop, paint can resize images also IIRC.

Imgur has an edit option when you upload. It's just a checkbox you need to check before you click upload. Then you can crop and resize it.

Stands for "today I learned".

Usually people write it as TIL though so it's more clearly an abbreviation.

Well my goal was to bypass imgur and just upload it to the forums. But if I had to upload to imgur I figured to just link it and then the size can't break anything anyway.
