So what does everybody think about the new Counter-Strike:Source? I really like the achievements. I thought I would hate them, but it's actually kind of fun trying to put yourself in a position to get them, and adds some good replay value to the game. I think too many of them are easily contrived with a friend in an empty server, but oh well - I'm at least going to try to get them all legitimately, so it will still be fun for me. I absolutely HATE the new score board. It's waaaay too dark, and really busy and messy; and that makes it so hard for me to push tab (while alive) and still retain any level of reaction time. I basically can't utilize the feature AT ALL while alive any more. |

Yeah, it really is. If you're already dead it's not too bad, because the people who are alive have their names in red or blue, and the people who are dead are greyed out. It's just because it's so hard to even use the scoreboard at all when you're alive that it's difficult.

I actually find the new scoreboard easy to read. I enjoy the setup much better than before. I think the game is 100% better than previously. So far I have not really found anything that I don't like. I also like how it asks you to save the image when someone kills you. |

i think if i wer to play it though, it would bother me because i check the scoreboard alot during the actual gameplay and if all i see is a grayed out screen i can barely see through it would bother me |
