I have just completed Dishonored using 100% stealth, 0 kills, on the hardest difficulty. I have exactly 20 hours of gameplay on Dishonored. I would attribute 2-3 hours of that as AFK time with the game running.

The story line of this game is amazing. I have heard that the world changes depending on your play style. If you kill more people, the streets have more guards and more weepers. I chose the stealth approach. The game was like a giant puzzle. Standing on rooftops, I would watch the guards make their rounds, keeping track of their path and when they stop to rest or to turn around. At first I was knocking out any guards that got in my way, but this became to easy. I started to try to accomplish tasks without coming in any contact with a guard whatsoever. This made the game much more interesting. The graphics are nothing to be excited about, but I was happy that there were no pre-rendered scenes. Having real-time scenes made it easier to get involved in the story line. I plan on doing another playthrough but by killing every single guard and tallboy, disabling every single machine, and having high chaos each time. I suspect this will be more difficult on the same difficulty, as face-to-face combat is not easy. I will edit this post and re-write a much more detailed review at the time that I complete this.

After this first playthrough, I would seriously recommend this game to anybody who enjoys stealth based games.

I played the game all the way through killing everyone that I saw, it is a great game!

I need to try to redo the one mission where I accidentally killed somebody to get the achievement.

Pffffft, keeping track of guard paths is for wussies. What you SHOULD be doing is stopping time, slitting their throats, and then run into the shadows.
