RazorServers is the company we are currently hosting our server from. Here is my impressions so far.
good
Customer service - they are really professional and helpful
Price - they are the data center managers, so their prices are true costs and not the increased cost of a middleman
Quality - their servers are superb and highly customizable, down to the tiniest detail.
bad
Location - Philadelphia isn't exactly a prime spot for a centrally located US game server. It gets a lot of NY traffic, but for west coasters it's not ideal.
