I'm not, since I don't really like movies, but there are a lot of different apps or browser extensions or whatever to make it so everybody is in the right place together. |

I am only slightly fond of the idea, mainly because I am just horrible at sitting down and paying attention to the movie. Maybe if we can pick the genre every week? Agree on a movie based on reviews and who has seen what. However, there are two types of people when watching things together: 1) The type that wants to make conversation and discuss what is currently happening. 2) The type that wants everyone to stfu because they are annoying jerks who won't let them watch the movie. |

https://www.rabb.it/ is a place you can do that. I'm not sure how great the quality, but it would give one person control over when the movie starts/pauses, etc. |

I would do this. I wouldn't converse. If people want to converse, I'll just mute wherever they are talking in. No big deal. I think it should be scheduled rigidly. We tried this before and there was tonnes of starting and stopping and waiting. I think it would be best to do like, "Saturday at 9PM, Watch Logan together". Movie starts at exactly 9pm. |

yeah I like that idea. we can vote on movies or genre and say we are gonna start at this time and if you can make it feel free to join at any point. |

Yeah the ridged schedule is a must. no pausing no waiting 15 minutes. Obviously we can talk to everyone before hand about when the best time would be but once it's set it's set. As for the talking thing I don't mind either way. Maybe if we got a slightly older movie that everyone had seen already it would be better. Or perhaps one of those really bad movies that are just good to make fun of while watching. I don't care what we watch as long as its not Adam Sandler. |

Okay, so I want to try to do this soon. You guys wanna shoot for next friday? Is that too quick a time frame? If we settle on a date we can try to come up with a movie. I think our first movie should just be a good movie most people would enjoy. Then we can start going off onto certain genres and what not. |

Oh shit I +1 to Phantom of the Opera. ANY of them. The newest is my favorite though. That is probably my all time favorite movie. |

I love musicals but I've never seen this one, even though it's so well acclaimed. I would love to watch it.
