shoot 1.6 is dying rapidly. almost no one plays esea with 1.6 anymore. it won't be long before source and cs go are all that there is.

Because of the slow and painful death of Condition Zero, we're going to begin migrating a lot of our servers into 1.6. I will keep this thread posted as the changes occur. Change 1 The TF2 Pub is moving to a new IP: New IP: 64.79.103.77:27015 |

EDIT: It's the second most popular game on steam, and I always see so many threads from people at the steam forums asking if anybody knows any good pubs and stuff like that... I want to be optimistic and think ESEA died because it's largely populated by rude, immature middle schoolers and the servers are so terrible... |

From what I recently saw, while surfing thru servers, 1.6 is far from dead, but CZ is dying faster than we can say "DEAD". ESEA can kiss my big fat A$$. |

They just told me if we get in serious competition, they will gladdly take us on any time, any server, anywhere... . They both want to keep 1.6 alive as long as they can. |

just an opinion I would shut all the cz servers down and focus on the future were the gamming is heading I notice alot of people droped from playing cz and alot from 1.6 TF2 has been a hit and a few other games I just think people got board of it the same things over and over.just a idea. no sence of wasting money on servers that are hardly used anymore.... |

I would keep one cz server for now at least, to give it a chance to maybe survive a bit longer, and get it populated, since I've seen a few cz server still going strong. But you are right about one thing silent, CS and TF2 are still running strong, especially since I've see way more CS servers active. |

yeah that is kinda how we felt. lets see what we can do with 1.6 and tf2. plus some of us have battlefield 3 now, although we won't be getting a server for that unless the rest of the clan pays for it entirely because they can only be purchased from a few companies. I think we will do just fine now that we are playing more populated games. |

Yeah, in a few days (probably thursday night or friday afternoon), I'm going to post some threads around the internet asking people to join our servers. I see threads ALL THE TIME at various places I go asking people if they know of any normal 1.6 pubs with standard maps and no money. Our servers WILL be popular if people actually see them being played in - people ask if servers like our exist all the time. So I really need the clan to step up and really try to keep them populated. Even if it's just me and serial playing 1v1 (and you know how much I absolutely hate 1v1), it'll help out, because people will see that the servers have active admin. If you can, do anything possible to be in our pub this weekend and into next week, even if you're just sitting in spectate until people join up. 1.6 is the number two played game on steam and people want a quality, competetive experience, but they want to see that people are active in them. |
