They added this DDOS protection, I think last night (I'm pretty sure I actually saw it happen while watching HLSW) that has made my ping 4x what it normally is. My ping is usually 30-40, and it's not 140. Jero's ping is normally around 20 and it's now 90. Some of our regular players have been complaining to me in chat about it.

I sent in a ticket, and hopefully they reply soon and fix the issue. Until then, I'll go ahead and say don't bother trying to play in our servers.

Razer Servers was resurrected and offered old customers who had left the opportunity to make a special deal with them to get their service back. I don't know if serialp0rt emailed them yet or not about it.

They said they'll be having a meeting about it tomorrow to figure out how to fix the issue. Until then we're SOL

Yeah razor responded to me. They will give me the same setup but instead of a 500 gig hard drive I would get 120 ssd but I would pay 129 a month and its in north carolina. I am gonna reply with nothing but laughter.

Hi Joe,

Thanks for contacting me. Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with Sago. I can’t say I am surprised based on my own experience after selling to them. As for your server, I have an option but I am not sure it would work for you. I can match the same hardware but with a 120 GB SSD drive instead of the 500 GB SATA, provide a reliable network and far better responsive support for $129 a month. The server would be based out of North Carolina, which should give you excellent speed to the Chicago area.

Well I asked for a server located in chicago only, because this is the only option. I am not located in chicago I need the server there. I also pay 79 a month for what you just offered me. I don't know if you didn't read my email fully, or you just chose to ignore all the requests. waste of my time.

I can't believe they didn't offer Dallas. They offered us a worse server in a worse location for more money.

Hostvenom emailed me back and said they will be starting an affiliate program soon. I don't know exactly what that means for them, but they said they would let me know as soon as it started. Most likely it'll just mean a discount if we get people to buy their servers. Either way, we will still advertise for them.

They said hopefully they will have it resolved by the end of the week if not sooner. I am asking about prorating the bill to reflect down time. I'll post again with response.

If they are a reputable business they should definitely pro-rate you.

no I emailed them yesterday and had them prorate this months bill already. no response on timeline. I am getting angry.

Damn, that sucks! Well I'm hoping to get to play tonight some. Haven't been able to play the last week and I leave again for work late tonight. Doesn't look like I'll be able to play The Asylum. :(

Hopefully it will be fixed by the time I get home again and can play next Mon/Tues.
