There is a kid that played in our 1 v 1 fairly regularly. At least after he found us he played regularly. He was warned by me and another admin 2 days in a row multiple times to stop mic spamming. He would just talk and talk about nothing at all and his mic boost was WAY WAY too loud. No one could speak or really play if he was talking. Well on the third straight day of this anubis met him and told him no less than 3 different times to stop, he might have even been kicked but I can't confirm that because I can't really remember. Ultimately this resulted in him getting banned when he would just ignore requests to turn his mic down or stop mic spamming. No he has added me again asking to be unbanned. I told him I would make this dispute thread for him (I should have made him do it) so here it is. He claims to have turned him mic boost down and has it at an acceptable level and promises not to mic spam anymore. Amaroq thinks no on the unban. I could go either way. I wanted to see what everyone else thought before telling him yes or no.

No way. We warned him multiple times for multiple days, and he didn't even know why he got banned. He has a complete lack of concern for anything admins tell him.

"We warned him multiple times for multiple days" I've never met him but if he was warned that many times then he knew better. If its possible to permanently mute him but let him play on the servers then that could be considered. it was possible in tf2 but i don't know if it is in csgo

It's not possible with our current set up.

If he wasn't willing to listen for 3 days in a row and only now does he respond after being banned means he's to immature to consider the consequences beforehand. I think that if he is let back in, they might just break a different rule.

No on the unban.

So does anyone else have any input on this?

I think it's a textbook ban. Consistently doesn't do what he is requested to do. Doesn't respond to mutes and kicks. Ban.

I agree, he should remain banned if he is incapable of following our rules.
