I think the two cards are pretty comparable, and the 280 is not worth the extra $80. |

GeForce GTX 660 Ti 4,689 Radeon HD 7950 / R9 280 4,677 those are their scores, so they are basically the same damn card. |

Go with Nvidia. They are better cards and you get more features with them. Some games actually run smoother on Nvidia then they do AMD. (Arma III is one and I know from experience) |

The 660 for $109 is a steal if the MIR goes through. |
