Well, i saw catching fire today and it was really good. Although the first book was much better, i believe the movie was on par with hunger games. I would go see it if youre in the mood to see a good movie. BTW all the peacekeepers/guards were noobs, they all had p90s

Yeah i thought the second book was the worst. It's good to hear the movie wasn't that bad.

I thought Woody Harrelson did an outstanding job as Haymitch. Much better than he did in the first

Read the trilogy (I know, I'm a 13-year-old girl at heart) and was totally unimpressed with Catching Fire. It's essentially the same plot as the Hunger Games, nothing added.

It is amazing that this film/novel gets so much attention.

I still prefer this version.

I loved the books. The first movie was good I thought, and I really wanna see this second one. I think the reason this book gets so much attention and likes isn't because it has a similar plot to other movies or books, but that it seems the most plausible. Major war and the government takes over. The country gets broken down into sects and those sects have to provide things for the government. Oh hey there was an uprising, well now we will put people to death for fun. I could totally see America turning into this if nuclear war or something happened. The others are like a prison that is made, or an island with people on it. This is supposed to just be real life and shit got bad.
