There is no T involved here, how can ANYONE EVER get this wrong? "Acrosst", or "Acrossed" Really? REALLY. You can't fucking give that word a past tense. I what world does the past tense of Across make sense? Seriously I never knew this mispronunciation existed until MLG Aspen where Sadokist said it. Now I just heard it again from
this video. So I googled it, and apparently it is not super rare. Why! Why? The people who fuck this up don't spell it incorrectly, and it's not like the "ss" has some hidden sounds only found in ancient words. There is absolutely no reason somebody who can read and comprehend English can mess this one up. Was Jesus nailed to the crosst? At work, do you hate your bosst?
