A pretty comprehensive overview of both cards. Look here if you're looking for a new video card.

Basic points:
 • nVidia and AMD have a really strong rivalry - the answer to "who has the best card" is always switching.
 • nVidia's board partners (the people who actually make the cards, like MSI or EVGA) currently offer more longer warranties than AMD.
 • nVidia's board partners also tend to have more variety in their designs, for example creating cards with more fans specifically for overclocking.
 • AMD is better for multimonitor setups (including multimonitor gaming).
 • nVidia is better for 3D.
 • nVidia is PhysX and CUDA, and AMD is OpenCL.
Conclusion:
None! The presenter leaves it up to the individual to decide which card would be better in their particular situation and does not say that one card is definitively better than the other. Just do your research to decide exactly which card is best for your unique usage.

One thing he didnt mention is that AMD does not suffer if you Crossfire with a 16/4 PCI layout. Nvidia seems to have terrible scaling with this set up and need more expensive motherboards that allow 2x 16 or (8x8)

Dunno bout the Nvidia better for 3D as of this month. The Ghz editions of the 7000 series have retaken the lead of their price points by a fair margin.

I agree, Nvidia blows those fags at AMD out of the water.

Then they wouldn't have competition and could charge a fortune. It's the reason why I want AMD to get their act together and make something that can compete with the $1000 Intel CPUs. Both products would then sell at a more reasonable price.
