I want to upgrade my GPU in the coming months. My date will be before January 2nd. I want to take advantage of the winter sales. I currently run CSGO at about 150-200 FPS with one monitor. 120-150 FPS with two monitors running.

I want to upgrade to be able to run CSGO at ~200 FPS on a 144Hz monitor and at least one additional monitor on.
I want to be able to run Tom Clancy's: The Division at great video settings when it is released. Current minimum requirements for graphics is: I'm hoping to get something on sale in the $250 price range. Any suggestions on cards I should be keeping my eyes open for a good price?

Maybe a GTX 960 if you want Nvidia.
