REMEMBER: Valve lets people work on any project they want. That means there can be devs working on the christmas update (fun stuff) and different devs working on the mechanics (not fun at all)

Honey Badgers have very tough skin. The skin is very thick and rubbery, which is almost impervious to arrow and spears. Even a blow from machete can't scratch the skin. The skin protects them from bites.

It's probably more like devs chose to work on csgo and somebody then delegated them to various jobs, but that's just my hypothesis. It would be very inefficient to say "sure, you go work on balancing those dota2 characters and then do some holiday update in csgo".

yeah, I think they have to submit what they want to work on, and generally they are allowed to work on it. I have a feeling there is more structure to it than we realize.
