We still have you listed, but nobody has stepped up to propose an invite to you yet. I don't know about anybody else, but personally your age is a factor for me. I don't want to just write you of entirely but I would like to see some maturation first.

You have been a lot better as of late. I know in the beginning your personality was kind of harsh for a lot of the members. I think to you most of what you were doing was just joking around, but it just rubbed people the wrong way. I have noticed that going away lately when you come around. If you are really interested in joining, don't give up on us. We just want to get to know you a little better. I apologize for it taking as long as it is.

I did want to clarify this a bit just for the sake of being helpful. When I say you're a immature, I mean that you come across as a lot more arrogant and condescending than I think you mean to. I think the only reason you do is because you're young and good at the game so it makes you naturally arrogant because you haven't developed the empathy to see how it comes across to others. That's what I mean when I say I think you're a nice guy but you just need to mature a bit.

I was gonna write a essay, but then you explained what you meant. I do recognize that I am extremely condescending, and you are correct, I do come off a lot harsher than I typically mean to. I feel like I am improving on this, but I don't think that I am enough. As far as the age thing goes, I'm used to it. I expected someone to bring it up, and I still don't have a counter-arguement. I guess, age doesn't mean everything?
I understand why I've not been recruited yet, and I do not blame anyone for any delay. I expected all of this, I just wish I could react to it better that I am.

Yeah, I agree that you've improved a lot since you first came around.

As for the age thing, it's not so much that you're young, as the fact that you act young. It's a very young-person trait to be condescending to people who aren't as good as you (though certainly some adults don't grow out of it). That's all I meant by the age comment.

I'd love to have you stick around and see where things go, though.
