I clicked on the link and it says you have to have flash fully updated for fullscreen to work.

I don't have flash installed so it must have defaulted to HTML5.

EDIT: Opening it in Chrome did not allow me to open it full screen. This must mean that the built-in flash player in Chrome is not fully updated or has a problem.

The HTML 5 player in Chrome may cause your embed not to go fullscreen when prompted, while fullscreen is possible on other browsers such as Safari and Firefox.

Place the parameter "allow full screen" at the very beginning of the iFrame code.

Example: " <iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height...</iframe>
