this is for people that like a lil heat and yummy cheese.

so first you will need to know for howmany this appitiser is going to feed I will give you the 1 for 2 people.

4 large potatoes cut into frie size
8 oz pack of shredded mexican cheese.
4 haljapenio peppers
2 scallons choped
1 tsp of seasoned salt

ok cook the fries in a deep fryer or if you dont have one use a big skillet
then put the fries when they are done in a cassorole dish or any oven dish
preheat oven to 400
in the dish spread the hot peppers and scallons ontop of the fries
then sprinkle the salt and as much of the cheese as you want place in oven for 10 min or intill cheese melts yummy

omg that sounds really really good. would it be ok to replace scallions with green onions? I will have to try this soon. I'll post some of our newer recipes when I get home.

yes you can replace them. you can also add a lite chilly if you like it.I do and it is fantastic
